CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS,
DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS: Tours without
Cruises: A deposit of $200 per person is required within 10 days of confirmation.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Tours
with Cruises: An additional $250 deposit per person is required within 10
days of confirmation. Airline Tickets: Some
discounted airline tickets require immediate payment. Passengers will be advised
accordingly.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
Land Services: Cancellations received in writing more
than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation penalty of $50
per person plus 5% fee charged by credit card companies. Cancellations received
within 60 to 45 days prior to departure are subject to all charges imposed by
airlines, hotels, overseas ground operators and/or any other suppliers as well
as the following per person cancellation fees: $100 per person plus 5% for credit
card fees. For cancellation received within 45 days of departure - no refund will
be made. No refund will be made for any change and/or cancellation of service
and/or accommodations made by the passenger during the operation of a tour or
for any feature of the program not used by the passenger during the operation
of a tour. Cruises: No refund will be given
for cancellations received within 91 days of departure unless cancellation is
accompanied by authentic medical documentation. Medically certified cancellations
will be subject to 50% of the full penalty. Airline
Tickets: Airline tickets are not refundable after ticket has been issued.
BLUE
PLANET JOURNEYS'S RESPONSIBILITY: Blue Planet
Journeys and/or their agents and suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection
with any itinerary shall act only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements
for hotels, transportation, restaurants, and/or any other service. Blue Planet
Journeys does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death,
loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of God and/or due
to an act or default of any supplier, ground operator, hotel, carrier, restaurant,
company and/or person rendering any of the services included in a tour. If a service
is not provided due to strikes, change of flight schedule, flight cancellation,
operational problem and/or an act of God, a refund of the net cost of those services
not provided less charges imposed by any supplier and a handling fee of $50 per
person will apply. The operator cannot accept any responsibility for additional
expenses incurred by the passenger due to delay, changes in schedules or other
causes. Blue Planet Journeys accepts no responsibility and will make no refund
for any unused service which resulted from an act or default of the passenger
such as but not limited to the passenger's failure to obtain the necessary documents
required to enter a country or the passenger's loss of identification documents,
tickets and/or vouchers. Blue Planet Journeys reserves the right to make changes
in any itinerary in the event it becomes necessary to insure the safety, comfort
or well being of the passenger. Such changes will be made without penalty to the
operator.
INSURANCE:
Blue Planet Journeys strongly recommends that the passenger
purchases travel insurance to cover trip cancellation and interruption, baggage
and personal possession loss, medical expenses, emergency assistance, accidental
death and dismemberment, and baggage and travel delay. For insurance rates please

ABOUT BLUE PLANET JOURNEYS:
Established in 1979 as specialists in South & Central
America. Members of NTA, ASTA, IATA, ARC. Passengers' payments are protected by
the National Tour Association's Consumer Protection Plan up to $250,000. Passengers'
payments are also deposited and held in escrow until services are rendered. Credit
card payments are accepted, we also carry a $1'000,000 liability insurance policy.
